Characteristics of TiC-based Steel Bonded Cemented Carbide combined High Manganese Steel

TiC-based steel-bonded carbide and high manganese steel has a good moisturizing effect.The TiC-based cemented carbide and high manganese steel have the same composition as Fe and Mn.The surface of the alloy is Mo2C,which can improve the wettability with the steel matrix.By quenching,the steel matrix in the alloy is transformed into Martensite and a small amount of retained austenite,alloy hardness and strength are greatly improved.Alloy cast in the high manganese steel castings, after water toughness can improve its strength and toughness.
